The impact of Covid-19 on OSCAS

Our favourite tres amigos Sam, Pee Wee and Soon Hawk made it into The Straits Times! All three are available for adoption or sponsorship.

Our founder, Mary Soo, has discussed the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter and its volunteers in an interview with The Straits Times.

The pandemic and subsequent circuit breaker restrictions have taken a toll on our operations, as well as the operations of our fellow animal welfare groups (AWGs) across Singapore. We have had to temporarily stop adoptions, fostering and many activities involving volunteers due to the measures. This had made things hard for us and for our dogs, as they are used to regular outings and interactions with people.

Please read the article here and consider donating to help us continue through the circuit breaker restrictions here.
