Teddy
Male
Born in 2019 (estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, wary but growing in confidence
Teddy was rescued along with his kennelmate Tommy from a factory, after they were moved there from a container yard. He arrived at the shelter in January 2024. He was very timid and afraid to be touched and would hide behind his friend Tommy.
Being very shy he needs a home who has the patience to nurture him & build his confidence. He was taken out of the shelter and spent one month in a home with a trainer to help him to at least learn to walk on leash.
He was seen happy to play with other dogs in the trainers home, which always helps shy dogs like Teddy come out of their shell and build confidence.
We hope to help Teddy grow in confidence and trust, and in time he will feel more comfortable with people and the world.
Sam Bao
Female
Born in 2015 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, curious, building trust
Sam Bao has lived at the shelter alongside her kennel friend Mei Mei for many years and only learnt to walk on leash in 2023.
She is very shy, but still a happy and curious girl. Being food motivated has helped us to encourage her to warm up to people and to venture out beyond her safety zone.
Sam Bao is not completely comfortable being petted, but she is slowly beginning to warm up to the idea as she builds trust with people she knows. She just needs time and a respectful approach to successfully bring her out of her shell.
Sam Bao tolerates dogs well, but it is humans that she needs help with to trust and to open up to. She is doing this one day at a time. And now that she is walking outside we hope to improve her trust.
Rudy
Female
Born in 2013 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, Curious, Smart
Rudy is believed to be an abandoned GR mix who arrived with scar marks around her neck, probably from being kept chained up.
She was bailed out from AVS in January 2024 where she wasn’t receiving any interest to be adopted and at the time, she had two growths on her tail and back. Her lumps were removed and unfortunately found to be cancerous.
She is stable and we are monitoring her and getting her used to walking on leash.
Rudy likes to engage with people, especially when treats are around. She is not so interested in other dogs and despite her health issue we hope we can find her a loving home.
Fish
Male
Born in 2019 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Confident, curious, friendly
Fish used to live as a stray at Penjuru container yard with a pack of dogs until it closed down, he then settled himself in a factory.
Fish was moved around three different locations as he started to be wary of people he didn’t know and became a bit reactive. He shows respect to people he knows well and who are clear with him.
He is back at the shelter since January 2024 and has shown to be friendly and takes treats nicely. He can be easily harnessed and walked on leash which he enjoys getting out to sniff and explore.
He is a confident boy who would do well in a home who are confident with him and can guide him in learning the ropes of living in a home and urban environment.
Caramel
Female
Born in 2016 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, energetic and bubbly
Caramel is a bubbly, friendly girl who seeks human interaction and love. She has lived in a home however she was not taken care of well.
Luckily, she was rescued from this situation of neglect, and came to live with us in August 2023. We hope to find her a home where she will get the attention she craves for.
Caramel loves people and seeks affection. She is a friendly, happy and an enthusiastic girl. She is always excited to get out for a walk but she does still get nervous by things. We are not sure how exposed she was to walking outdoors in her previous home.
Having a reassuring home will help her enjoy her walks more!
Yunca
Female
Born in 2018 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Smart, playful and talkative
Since gaining the confidence to walk on leash and interact with other dogs, Yunca has totally shaken off her former anxious self.
She loves to get outside with a twirl of excitement to race out and enjoy a walk. But she is still wary of strangers, so would require time to warm up to you but once you know how to approach her she will welcome chin tickles and butt massages!
This quirky little firecracker would do well in a home with a calm doggy companion and experienced people can who take the time to understand what makes her feel safe and comfortable.
She can be vocal when excited, so a tolerant, good listener is important too!
Robbie
Male
Born in 2015 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Happy, friendly and enthusiastic
Robbie has been with us a number of years after being rescued and taking a while to warm up to trusting humans.
He has grown in confidence to a ball of fun who loves to get outside for walks with other doggy friends. He is an easy going dog who likes dogs (probably cats and all creatures too) and people, who he will show his enthusiasm with a happy dance.
Because he likes other dogs and they like him, we believe he would do well in a home with other pets.
He always greets our regular volunteers with a playful waggy tail as he knows it means walkies and a treat too. He is gentle boy who we would love to see in a home where he can spread his happiness.
Rosemary
Female
Born in 2016 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, sweet and a little anxious
Rosemary has transformed from an extremely timid, nervous girl to a dog that loves to go for daily walks.
When she first came to us in 2019, Rosemary was scared of everything and wouldn’t leave her bed. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, she now has trusted handlers and enjoys regular walks.
Rosemary is still shy around new faces, and requires potential adopters who will spend time getting to know her prior to a homestay. She needs time, patience and positive reassurance.
Rosemary spent time in two foster homes with other dogs which really helped to bring her out of her shell and show her playful side. She would benefit more being in a home with another dog(s).
Racer
Male
Born in 2008 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Energetic, outgoing and confident
Racer is a very confident, playful and happy dog who loves hanging out with his best friend, kennel mate Ebal.
Motivated by food, Racer is a clever boy who is highly trainable. He loves people so we think that he will be able to settle in to a loving family quite easily - but we want him to go to a home with Ebal.
Racer and Ebal are a very easy pair - they are affectionate, smart and very sweet. They can be shy around new faces, but once they know and trust you, Racer and Ebal will be your friends forever.
These two are super friendly, very resilient and easy to manage. They would make wonderful couch companions and would be more than happy to keep you company if you’re cooking!
George
Male
Born in 2011 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Energetic, affectionate and smart
George is a playful, affectionate and confident dog who enjoys NOTHING more than going outside for a walk to sniff and explore.
He is a tall dog who has a big happy smile that melts your heart. He greets our volunteers every day with big tail wags and he loves to lean on people he likes for head rubs.
As a senior George still has the energy of a young dog and he loves to engage with people, and take his time to sniff and explore the outdoors. He can be selective of other dogs.
This sweet and friendly guy can be a little shy and reserved when he first meets new people. But once he knows you he will look for a cuddle and enjoy being by your side.
Bailey
Male
Born in 2020
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Wary, gentle and playful
Bailey was caught under the TNR program and still with us since November 2021 and looking for a special home.
A gentle, timid soul but when you gain his trust, a playful, sweet, treat-loving dog emerges. Having fun in the safety of the grass runs with friends is what he loves the most and puts him at ease.
Bailey is walking on leash but is easily spooked so needs a home who understands what helps him. A home with a garden, friendly dogs, empathetic pawrents without young children would be ideal.
Bailey has spent time in a volunteer’s home with other dogs & a teenager, but they found he had Babesia Gibsoni so can’t move to NZ when the family relocates. Here still to guide and support.
Nara
Female
Born in 2018
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Curious, active, wary
Little Nara was rescued from the street and came to us via AVS. When she arrived in December 2022 she had already had pups.
Nara is still getting comfortable with the idea of human touch, as well as the world beyond the shelter. She is learning to walk on leash and enjoying it when out with another dog.
We’ve seen her become lively when there aren’t any humans around - that’s when she loves to interact with other dogs too and run around more.
She is a sweet little girl, who we think will do well in a home with another dog who interacts well with her playful side when it comes out and help her adjust and grow in confidence.
Magic
Male
Born in 2019 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, affectionate and sweet
Magic and his brother Happy were rescued from the Sungei Tengah area, where they were both found tired and hungry.
Magic is a healthy guy who is always happy to meet people and eat treats! He is very affectionate and will put his head in your lap or paw you to make sure that you pet him and not the other dogs.
Magic is easy to put a harness on and is happy to go outside to go to the toilet. But he isn’t entirely confident yet to walk with our volunteers - the shelter is a bit too noisy and chaotic.
Magic like his name is a special boy with a big soft heart that would make a wonderful addition to a family as loving as he.
Buddy
Male
Born in 2019 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, confident, sweet
Buddy was handed over to a motor shop as a puppy from an Army base, sadly though for most of his young life Buddy was kept as a chained dog until he was rescued from this situation.
He arrived at the shelter in October 2024. We are still getting to know him well, but he is easy to leash and take out for a walk. He loves to run free in the grass run and roll over for belly rubs.
He arrived with a clean bill of health and the main care he will need to get used to is being groomed. Before he came to the shelter he was taken to the vet and sedated in order to remove matts from his fur. He likes to play with the water bowl so this can cause his fur to be come matted more often.
He is selective with some dogs as wasn’t socialised as a young dog, so may be best in a home without dogs. We are not sure how he would be with children.
Skye
Female
Born in 2016
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, gentle and curious
Skye came to the shelter via the TNRM programme in August 2022 along with her friends Panda and Skipper. These three share a kennel together and spend a lot of time together - so we think Skye would get along with another low-energy dog in the house.
Skye is the braver one and can be walked on leash, which she does at a very slow pace and a very short distance due to arthritis in her elbow. She is overweight so it would greatly help if she could lose weight and undertake hydrotherapy, to help ease the inflammation.
She can still be frightened by things such as loud noises when out on walks, so she needs a patient and experienced handler to help her confidence.
She has a gentle character, perks up when she sees treats and enjoys spending time by herself on her comfy bed.
Merritt
Male
Born in 2019
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Lively, wary and smart
When Merritt was living on the street, he was bullied by an existing pack of dogs that also lived there.
Not all humans were nice to him either, despite being a smart and friendly dog when trusts you which takes time. Because of this Merritt is reactive toward other dogs and strangers.
He is food motivated (inside), knows how to sit and will take treats nicely from people who interact in the right way with him. He enjoys getting outside for a walk but is still wary of dogs & people.
He would be best in an experienced home (with no children) who is willing to take the time to get to know him through visits at the shelter, help build his trust so he can become the best version of himself, and be more relaxed around other dogs and people too.
Mei Mei
Female
Born in 2015 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Food motivated, lively, nervous
Mei Mei was hiding as a stray in the forested areas of Changi where she lived with her siblings who all mysteriously died.
When she was rescued, she had a huge maggot wound on her back which she still bears the scars of today. When she arrived in 2017 she would hide from people. Over time her love for food won out and she decided that people were actually ok.
She is still very fearful and building confidence walking outside on leash. Mei Mei is a lively little girl and with the right approach and handling we hope her confidence will blossom further outdoors.
She is terrified of thunderstorms and will hide in her crate. She needs a loving, reassuring home that gives her time and space.
Skipper
Male
Born in 2019 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Sweet, wary, curious
Skipper came to the shelter via the TNRM programme in August 2022, along with Panda and Skye who all share a kennel together.
It has taken time for Skipper to trust people, but he will engage with you more willingly when treats are offered. In the early days he escaped and but moved into a nursery nearby with other dogs.
When the nursery wanted the dogs out, he came back to us. Skipper is a sweet boy at heart, he just needs time to learn to trust humans, fortunately treats can win him over!
Skipper took longer to walk on leash and just started in April 2024. He needs an adopter who will take the time to develop a bond, build his confidence and make him feel safe in the world.
Sherry
Female
Born in 2022 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, excitable, growing in confidence
Sherry was rescued from Tuas South Boulevard area where she lived alone after her buddy suffered a hit and run by a big truck. It was safer to rescue her so she wouldn’t suffer the same fate.
When she arrived at the shelter in July 2024 it took her some time to settle as she was anxious about her new surroundings, but she was from the onset, a friendly, sweet girl.
Sherry needed some time to get used to the leash, but now she is walking outside and growing in confidence. She is a young smaller dog & would suit a home (without young kids) and who have the patience to help her adjust to a home & urban environment.
She may also do well with other pets who can help her blossom.
Pia
Female
Born in 2016 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Nervous, timid and sweet
When Pia came into our care, she was fresh off the streets and had a big litter of puppies with her.
Completely overwhelmed, it took Pia a little while to settle in and feel comfortable around us. But thankfully, she’s made great progress and is feeling more confident around people.
Now able to walk outdoors with our volunteers and the other dogs, Pia is a completely different dog now! She is confident with people she knows and trusts and enjoys the company of our other dogs.
Pia is still quiet and shy, so she would need an experienced owner who can offer her a calm home environment. She would do well in a home with another friendly dog too
Zech
Male
Born in 2011
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Confident, curious and happy
Zech came to us from the street with several health issues, namely a blockage causing digestion problems.
We were able to get Zech the surgery he needed, and now he has made a full recovery. But he does still have some lifelong ailments that will need supervision and management, just to ensure he isn’t in pain and that he is comfortable.
Zech is a very confident, smart and trusting dog. He was extremely quick to learn to walk on a leash when he first arrived at the shelter back in February 2022.
We would love to see this boy in a home where he can be cared for in his golden years. A home without another dog is best for Zech.
Egglette
Female
Born in 2016 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, wary and building confidence
Egglette was trying to survive as a stray by searching for food and shelter in the canteen and factories around Shipyard Road.
Sadly she was not welcomed in these areas, and was chased away by stick-wielding workers. Naturally they frightened her, so she spent time hiding under trucks and trees to get away from them.
She arrived at the shelter in August 2023 with some skin issues due to the conditions she had to survive in. We have been able to get these skin problems treated and now she looks much better and has made a full recovery.
Egglette is understandably shy around humans but is opening up, treats help! She is walking on leash and needs a nurturing home.
Happy
Male
Born in 2019 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, happy, enthusiastic
Happy and his brother Magic were rescued from the Sungei Tengah area, where they were both found tired and hungry.
When Happy arrived at the shelter in May 2023, he tested positive for tick fever (ehrlichia) which has been treated - but otherwise he is in good health. He lives up his name and is always happy.
The shelter environment can make Happy nervous. He is happy to wear a harness, and while at first it was a difficult time for him walking outside, he has improved and is more at ease.
Happy craves the attention of people and would love a home where he can be at the centre of attention and be reassured that the world isn’t scary. He is very treat motivated.
Coco
Female
Born in 2023
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Timid, curious but wary
Coco was caught under the TNR program from the Loyong area, she arrived in January 2024 alone and very scared of people.
She has since settled and happy to take a treat but is still not completely comfortable to be petted. She shows more interest in dogs, trying to engage in play which she needs as a young dog.
Coco is walking on leash and having another confident dog with her helps her to follow the lead. She loves a good run around, zoomies but can still get spooked of things in the urban setting.
A home without young children and with the time & experience in building trust to help this sweet girl grow in confidence would be ideal. Having an engaging playmate will also help her alot to settle.
Luby
Female
Born in 2015 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, sweet and nervous
Luby is a shy girl, who used to be the only dog living at a factory. Although well behaved and friendly, they decided to get rid of her.
The factory called pest control to remove her but thankfully they took her to AVS, and now she is with us. She arrived in October ‘22, and is learning to walk on leash for the very first time in her life.
Luby is still nervous and wary of people, but is slowly gaining confidence. She will take treats from you gently and allow you to pet her, but she’s still getting comfortable with human affection.
Luby needs a home that respects her space so she has the time she needs to gain trust and confidence. She is walking on leash at the shelter, but can be frightened of unexpected occurrences.
Hua Hua
Female
Born in 2016
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, calm, sweet
Hua Hua was rescued from a factory area where she lived as a stray as she had started to have isolated fits.
Since arriving at the shelter in May 2023 she has been on medication should fits occur. The medication can make her drowsy at times but in general she is a very laid back chill girl anyway.
She enjoys to go outside for walks which she takes at a leisurely pace. Hua Hua's condition will need to monitored and managed but since she has been with us she has had no further incidents.
She is a very sweet, friendly dog with people and other dogs, and would make an easy going and loving family member, happy to just hang out with her people.
Lulu
Female
Born in 2016 (Estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Gentle, affectionate and friendly
Lulu spent most of her life in a warehouse at Jalan Buroh until it was demolished, she then moved to a sulphur plant nearby.
She was fed by stray feeders who found her to be an affectionate girl. It is suspected she was hit by a vehicle and spent some time at the vet with a swollen knee which has since been resolved.
She came to the shelter in March 2024, suffering from arthritis especially in her right hip and her left knee so she walks with a limp in her hind legs.
Lulu enjoys to get out for a stroll, we avoid stairs and use the lift because of her arthritic issues, we hope to find a home with TLC.
Becky
Female
Born in 2014 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, sweet and affectionate
Becky grew up living in a container yard with the constant movement of heavy vehicles her whole life. She was found coughing and having difficulty breathing so was rescued.
When she came to the shelter in June 2024, she was having difficulty breathing which is probably a result of the dusty polluted environment she was living in causing inflammation in her lungs.
She has undergone treatment for this and has made a full recovery while at the shelter. Becky is a very sweet girl who loves affection and to be in the company of humans. She absolutely loves going outside for walks to take a leisurely stroll. She would make a very sweet, easy going family member.
We hope Becky can find a home where she can hang out with the company of her human family and enjoy her senior years in a clean and loving environment she deserves.
Bobby
Female
Born in 2012 (estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Sweet, affectionate and friendly
Bobby is a sweet, happy girl who sadly was given up by her family for no valid reason. They had owned her since she was a puppy, and she lived happily in a home with them - so she has found coming to the shelter a bit of a confusing time.
Bobby lived in a home ever since she was rescued as a 3-month-old puppy. She was found as a baby in a factory with a broken leg and a maggot-bitten ear - both of which have healed. But her broken leg has left Bobby with a slight limp in her back leg.
Despite living with this old injury, it doesn’t stop her from walking. She walks every day with no trouble. But we recommend she takes anti-inflammatories and supplements to keep her comfortable.
Bobby is super friendly with people, children and other animals. We have no idea why she is still waiting for an adopter.
Chloe
Female
Born in 2021 (estimated)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, curious and gentle
Sweet Chloe arrived at the shelter in early March 2024, via AVS TNR program, as a very friendly girl, eager for attention.
She warmed up to people easily and showed ease with other dogs too. Being able to also be harnessed easily allowed us to get her outside to build confidence walking on leash.
She took a little time to venture outside and walks better when within the company of other confident walkers. But with more and more practice she is becoming more relaxed.
Chloe is in good health and a young dog who we hope to find the right home for soon so she can enjoy the undivided attention of a family, who can continue to care and cherish this little lovely girl for her lifetime.
Pokka
Female
Born in 2020 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Playful, energetic and shy
Pokka is a three-legged girl who lives life to the fullest. She lost her leg in a factory accident, but she carries on happily.
Pokka walks at full pace but this is largely as she is very nervous and easily scared by urban happenings. Having a dog she likes with her can help her confidence.
Pokka is shy with new people, but is treat motivated and responds well to positive reassurance. She enjoys the company of other dogs, so we think the right friend in a home could help her.
When Pokka came to us she was diagnosed with anemia, which does require maintenance but is a completely manageable condition. She will have it for the rest of her life.
Kino
Male
Born in 2015 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Active, intelligent and confident
Abandoned by his owner for no reason, Kino is an energetic and friendly guy who loves nothing more than to go for a walk.
Kino is a handsome dog who is treat motivated and very smart. He is easy to train, so we recommend that an active owner adopts him who can help him channel his energy into positive behaviours.
Kino is eager to please and would probably be really good at an activity like agility. He can be shy around new people, but once he knows you he LOVES to show his affection with jumps.
Because Kino is active and energetic, we recommend that he is adopted by a family without children. This is just because he may be too boisterous for young kids.
Penny
Female
Born in 2017 (Estimate)

HDB Approved
Temperament: Quiet, nervous and timid
Penny is a very sweet girl who is wary of the world. She is making progress, but needs a calm environment to feel confident.
Penny learned to walk on leash at the shelter, and she enjoys to go on daily walks with the other dogs. She is getting used to loud noises and unexpected strangers, and is a gentle soul.
Penny would require time to bond with potential adopters. She would do best in a home where her confidence can be nurtured with lots of patience, positive reassurance and love.
She needs someone who has owned dogs before, someone who can handle her if she gets spooked on a walk. In return, you would have a very loving and loyal soul as your best friend.

Xiao Hei may be blind, but he has adapted well to this and is such a happy soul. He loves people and is an affectionate fellow.
He shares a kennel with his lifetime pal Bobo, who he lived with previously in a home. Sadly due to sorry circumstances, both dogs were no longer able to stay with their parent and they came to us.
Xiao Hei and BoBo arrived at the shelter around 2019. They are both toilet trained, very affectionate, low maintenance and rely on one another for comfort - and for Xiao Hei, Bobo is his guide dog.
They enjoy their walks together and look forward to getting back for treats. Finding a home together would be ideal and we know would fill it with their bubbly joyfulness!

Temperament: Sweet, shy, friendly
Panda came to the shelter via the TNRM programme in August 2022, along with Skye and Skipper who share a kennel together.
Panda took longer to come out of his shell, tending to enjoy more the comfort of his bed but now he is walking on leash and his confidence and trust is growing. He will need a gentle, patient and understanding home, not suitable for first time dog owners.
He gets on well with other dogs and takes his walks with his kennel mates who together have helped each other to build confidence. So a home with other pets would suit him.
Panda is a very sweet, gentle dog who is treat motivated and would do well in a quiet home without young children.

Shy amongst new faces but affectionate with those she knows, Ebal is a gorgeous girl with a really kind personality. She is very playful with Racer and enjoys teasing him.
Ebal relies a lot on Racer for guidance and support. They do everything together - eat, play, walk and sleep - so we would like these two to be adopted together as they’re a bonded pair.
Ebal is a really smart girl who doesn’t have a bad bone in her body. She would be a wonderful couch companion and is so easy to manage.

She enjoys walks together with her lifetime friend Xiao Hei and they both look forward to getting back for treats. Finding a home together would be ideal.
She is a lovely bubbly girl who enjoys human company and is used to having her 4 legged blind friend Xiao Hei by her side.
Ashee
Male

HDB Approved
Temperament: Enthusiastic and confident
Ashee had a home however the main carer passed away and the rest of the family didn’t want him.
He was left at a Buddhist Temple. They didn’t want him either, so he arrived at the shelter in February 2024. When this enthusiastic very fluffy boy arrived his fur was covered with a lot of matts.
He is sensitive to being touched but this may be as he doesn’t know us well yet. But he will require constant grooming to keep his fur matt-free. We don’t recommend a home with young children.
He is walking on slip leash easily and loves to get outside. We walk our dogs in harnesses for their comfort and safety, we hope in time Ashee will transition to this.

Old Mack came to us with his best friend and the love of his life, Stella. He adores her and will do anything to protect her.
Old Mack and Stella are pretty independent dogs. They like to curl up together in their shared kennel and keep an eye on things. But they also enjoy going for long, casual walks together.
Theirs truly is a love story for the ages. They remind us that love and friendship are the best things in the world, so we would love for these two to be rehomed together.
Old Mack and Stella are a very easy going pair of dogs, who like to take it slow and spend time with one another. They enjoy sleeping next to one another and spending time in the sun.

Sheru came to us with skin issues, which came from poor care at his previous home. He has been treated for them at the shelter and has recovered. He is good with children, as lived with them before.
A small-size SS with a big personality, Sheru is a happy-go-lucky fella who is toilet trained and will fit in well to a home. He loves to go outside for walks and would do well with an active family.

Tommy is a big, gentle but shy boy who is building his confidence and trust in people and the world. He is walking on leash tentatively and getting braver outdoors and curious.
He arrived in seemingly good health however tested positive for Ehrlichia (a tick-born infection) which has been treated for.
